Contact lens technology has moved on in leaps and bounds in recent years and there is now a contact lens suitable for just about everyone. If you are a spectacle wearer then you could well be a contact lens wearer too. Contact lenses mean freedom from spectacles, so they are both ideal for sports and outdoor activities and are the perfect alternative option for general wear if you prefer not to wear spectacles.
When you visit Eyetech we will be able to advise you on your suitability for contact lens wear and advise you on the best contact lenses for your needs. As independent opticians we are able to spend as much time as is needed with you to explain all of your options. We are also not tied to any manufacturer which allows us to offer you the best products available on the market.
Once you are a regular wearer of contact lenses you will need regular after-care and check-ups to maintain the health of your eyes and to ensure that the lenses being worn are the best for you. If you join our Eyeplan eye care scheme you are welcome to see us as often as you need at no additional charge, and the cost of your contact lenses can be included in your monthly payment.
